5 Years of Yepoda - OUR MILESTONES:
Year 2020-21
Back then, we were just a tiny team with a big dream – and not much else. No fancy office, no product range, but big dreams and an idea and the drive to make it happen. It was all born because when visiting Sander Joonyoung's family in Korea, we were asked many times to bring back K-Beauty products for friends in Europe. The more we brought back K-Beauty products, the more we realised how much people loved them, so we had to make it happen! One year in, we branched out to new markets making Yepoda International!
Year 2022
We found our footing. We gave Yepoda a fresh new look, and started bringing more of our vision to life – launching The SPF BFF, our first biodegradable sheet masks, and even stepping into tinted skincare with The Multi Balm. We celebrated our second birthday in true Yepoda style and finally we invited some of our creators to Seoul to dive deeper into our Korean roots.
Year 2023
Things started to grow – fast. For the first time, we brought Yepoda offline with a pop-up store in Milan. We launched 9 new products (including special editions), and The Calm Balm won the PETA Vegan Beauty Award. Most importantly, we deepened our commitment to giving back: we donated €30.000 to support LGBTQIA+ communities and continued our partnerships with multiple NGOs that make our world a better place!
Year 2024
2024 has been our biggest year yet. We launched 12 new products, introduced refillable packaging, and expanded our shade range of our The Dew Day, one of our all time bestsellers! Our pop-ups went international: Milan (again!), Rome and Paris. This year, we raised €36.000 for LGBTQIA+ organizations with our Pride Mist Have, and donated €11.517 from our The Pink October Multi Balm to Étincelle, supporting women undergoing cancer treatment.
Year 2025
We had our Pop-up at Galeries Lafayette, and now, the milestone we've been dreaming of: Yepoda is in Sephora. This moment means everything to us. It's proof that hard work, a clear vision, and staying true to our values really do pay off. From a humble start in 2020 to a global community today – this is just the beginning. Here’s to K-Beauty with no compromises, and to every single person who made this possible.
