We proudly support:

Since day one, Yepoda is a proud partner
of 1% for the Planet, an initiative founded by the creators
of Patagonia. We deeply identify with their mission.
The idea is simple: "Be 1% better." If everyone does this, together we can have a big impact.

As a 1% for the Planet partner, we donate 1% of every order to selected environmental projects. But our efforts to make a difference and to give back don't stop there. You can find more about our donation activities below.

Donation overview

Year 2020

Our first 1% for the Planet donation for the year 2020 went to One Tree Planted. Together, we planted 2.677 trees in the Amazon rainforest.

Year 2021

With our 2021 donation, we continued to plant trees with Planted and supported the Plastic Soup Foundation as a new partner. As a clean beauty brand, their fight against microplastics in cosmetics is a mission we deeply identify with.

Year 2022

As Yepoda grows – so does our positive impact! With our 2022 donation we continued to support the Plastic Soup Foundation but also donated to new amazing partners such as WWF, Viva con Agua and the Surfrider Foundation.

Year 2023

Yepoda has been giving back to the planet from the start, but pride month 2023 marked the first time, that we used our reach as a business to support a different cause close to our heart: Together with the amazing artist So Lazo, we created a Limited Pride Edition of our beloved The Mist Have. 100% of profits from this product were donated to LSVD – the biggest association for LGBTQIA+ rights in Germany. We reached an incredible donation sum of 30.000€ to support their causes.

Our 2023 1% for the planet donation supported The Surfrider Foundation, WWF, Plastic Soup Foundation, and our newest partner, Coral Guardian.

Year 2024

For this year’s Pride, we strengthened our commitment by partnering with four NGOs across Europe to #spraythelove. In collaboration with Shanée Benjamin, we designed a unique edition of our product, The Mist Have, which received significant support from our community.
We are proud to have donated 100% of the profits from this special product to four dedicated LGBTQIA+ associations: LSVD Germany, Agedo Milano from Italy, FELGBTI from Spain, and Le Refuge from France. This effort resulted in a total of €36,000 raised. These organizations work tirelessly to advocate for the rights, recognition, and respect of LGBTQIA+ communities.

In 2024, our commitment to environmental causes extended beyond donations, as we partnered with The Surfrider Foundation for a remarkable volunteer activity. Together, we conducted a cigarette clean-up in Berlin, collecting over 40,000 cigarette butts in just 1.5 hours! This effort exemplifies the power of collaboration in driving positive change.
