Be a STAR
When it comes to answering questions, we value those who can proudly commit to high standards. Come prepared with examples of your educational background and professional experiences. Use real examples to showcase how you've gone the extra mile or adapted to challenges for example. We suggest using the STARR method:
(S)ituation: Set the scene and provide the necessary context to your example.
(T)ask: Describe the task, your responsibility, including challenges and expectations.
(A)ction: Explain the steps you took to address it and the thought process behind them.
(R)esults & (R)eflection: Highlight the outcomes achieved and what you learned from it.
The duration of the interview process can vary depending on the role and level. Generally, our interviewing process is estimated on 3-6 weeks from the initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition Team to a final decision. We will keep you updated throughout the process so you know what to expect and if there are any changes to the timeline.
We proudly offer both Internship and Working Student opportunities as part of our commitment to fostering early talent and supporting career development. The availability of these opportunities may vary depending on the role and department.
Please not that we consider Working Students those who are typically enrolled in a degree program and work part-time while completing their courses. Interns are those available to work full-time. Internships can be mandatory as part of a university program, or voluntary serving as an extra opportunity for career development.

We embrace a hybrid working model that balances the energy of our vibrant Berlin office with the flexibility of home office. You can choose to be in the office all week if you would like or take two days a week to work from home. For us, home is wherever Wi-Fi works! Additionally, you can work fully remote for 2 weeks per year, coordinated with your manager and team. At the moment, we do not offer full-time remote work opportunities.
